Refund and Return Policy

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an item with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
  2. Wrong Size/Color Orders: Please note that as a print-on-demand service using Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect size or color is ordered. We encourage customers to review their choices carefully before ordering.
  3. Unsuccessful Deliveries: In case of unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a replacement (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund.
  4. Print Variations: Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″) are not considered defects.
